For us, it is more about the culture of the client than size. We work best with clients who understand the value of effective IT and who are seeking a true partner to help them grow their business. We don’t work well with companies that are looking for the lowest-price bidder and who are not looking to build a lasting relationship.

However, size does matter to some degree. Our sweet spot is clients who have 25 – 500 employees. If the cultural fit is good enough, and we can serve the client well, we will step outside this range.

Yes, Prosper IT assists businesses in meeting various compliance requirements by ensuring that their IT systems and processes align with contractual, statutory, and regulatory standards such as NIST, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. We believe in transparent billing with no hidden costs. We agree on services and their unit prices upfront. Invoices clearly show each service and the units billed. For prepaid block agreements, we provide reporting that shows every time entry applied to the block.

After we assess your current environment and understand where you are taking your business, we recommend services and projects that will help you achieve your goals.
