For us, it is more about the culture of the client than size. We work best with clients who understand the value of effective IT and who are seeking a true partner to help them grow their business. We don’t work well with companies that are looking for the lowest-price bidder and who are not looking to build a lasting relationship.

However, size does matter to some degree. Our sweet spot is clients who have 25 – 500 employees. If the cultural fit is good enough, and we can serve the client well, we will step outside this range.

We believe in transparent billing with no hidden costs. We agree on services and their unit prices upfront. Invoices clearly show each service and the units billed. For prepaid block agreements, we provide reporting that shows every time entry applied to the block.

Each client has unique needs so pricing looks different for each. You can be assured that we will not recommend any solution that does not have an obvious ROI.
